This size guide shows body measurements. We suggest ordering a size down when your measurements are between sizes.
A Hand Width
Put one end of the tape measure on the starting point of the lifeline and bring the tape around the back through the edge of the palm where it is one-third of the way from the wrist to the root of the little finger back to where you started.
