Estimated delivery dates
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
If orders are concentrated or items are purchased separately, shipping times may vary. 

Three shipping options
Customers will see three shipping options at checkout:
・Express (fast shipping)
・Standard
・Standard rate with CO2 offsetting
At checkout, customers will only see the available shipping options for the particular area. For example, if express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, the customer will only see the standard rate.
Express delivery rates are calculated at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for express delivery.

Carrier services
We choose the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight and areas of the shipment. Each country's currency is calculated based on the US dollar at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. The final amount will be calculated at checkout.
In some cases, we may offer free standard shipping. If so, please select the Free Shipping button at checkout.

Taxes & Customs Fees
In your country, you may be required to pay import fees, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT). These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These added costs will be not calculated and reflected in the price once you have entered your shipping information.
Payment may be required when you pick up your items.
